We are seeking a skilled Italian speaker to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, chats, social media, and email communications with customers. About the Job
- Handle customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, and product information via various communication channels.
- Guide customers through online purchases, optimize the use of products, and stay up-to-date on new releases and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (verbal and written) and good English language skills.
- Computer literacy, positive mindset, pleasant personality, and willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Previous working experience in a similar customer service position is considered an advantage.
