Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Italian-speaking Customer Expert to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, work with a dynamic team, and develop strong experience and skills in a fast-paced environment.
As an Italian-speaking Customer Expert, you will be responsible for responding to customers' inquiries via email, chat, and phone, working effectively as part of a team, and developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers, show empathy, and strive towards customers retention and loyalty. Your excellent communication skills, good command of English, great communication and soft skills, and good computer skills will be invaluable assets to our team.
