Italian Language Specialist for Customer Support

Are you an expert in the Italian language and customer service? We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Language Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints related to trucks and buses, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Support customers with truck and bus-related issues, such as breakdowns or technical problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the Italian language (both written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software.
