Your Role

  • Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward solutions

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions

What You Bring

  • C2 in Italian and solid English communication (B2+ level)

  • Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills

  • Team spirit and the ability to adapt to new cultures

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
