Italian Language Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered by Microsoft business customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Provide complex technical assistance, identifying and driving program efficiency across multiple billing platforms.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with business clients by handling their inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Investigate root causes of issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Solid background in computer science, math, engineering, or computer science
  • 2-3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience with exposure to medium to large businesses
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products required
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver value-added recommendations.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Windows Operating Systems, local and wide-area networking, Microsoft productivity suite, directory services, and active directory.
