We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Help-Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support for a wide range of data technology products, from hard drives to flash memory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inquiries about product specifications via phone, chat and email
  • Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Performing data entry
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • Hardware and software medium to advanced knowledge
  • Prior experience in technical support will be considered as an advantage
