German Language Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in German, good command of English (B2+), technical research skills, advanced internet research skills, hardware and software knowledge, and prior experience in technical support.

- Answering inquiries about product specifications via phone, chat and email
- Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues
