">Job OverviewOur customer experience specialist will deliver premium support to high-value customers worldwide. This role requires fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills.
Norton Motorcycles is looking for a skilled professional to handle customer care, capture feedback, and nurture leads. In this role, you will provide accurate information to prospects, perform level 1 troubleshooting, and escalate cases when necessary. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills and QualificationsNative-level proficiency in Italian
Excellent English communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a luxury brand
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases
Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
Complete relocation support, including flight tickets, accommodation, and house searching assistance
