Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work and internal targets
- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
- Turn every customer into a happy customer
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
- Strong written and verbal skills in Italian
- Good communication skills in English
- Tech savviness
- Solution-driven out-of-the-box thinking
