Our team provides customer service to Italian-speaking customers who need help or have inquiries about finding or reserving a ride, starting or ending a car rental, and managing their account & balance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers' inquiries via e-mail, chat, and phone
  • Working effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Providing and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with all customers and always showing empathy
  • Striving towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customers to achieve a successful outcome to their inquiry

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Italian communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Great communication and soft skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Positive attitude & team spirit
