We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert who will join our international team in Athens. Our client is a well-established car rental company operating in Europe and North America, providing innovative car-sharing services in urban areas. With its futuristic features, it has gained popularity among users who can easily access services through their smartphones.
The role involves working in a friendly environment (24/7) where you will provide support to customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. Your tasks will include:
- Finding or reserving a ride
- Starting or ending a car rental
- Managing customer accounts and balances
Key Requirements:
- Dutch language proficiency (C1+ level)
- English language proficiency (B2+ level)
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with computers
