Are you an Italian speaker with a passion for customer support?

If you speak Italian fluently and you have excellent communication skills, we are waiting for your cv

What you will do:

  • Inform the customers and answer their questions regarding cars provided, fees, reservations, and rental rules.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
  • Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • The passion and drive to make a difference
