Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Italian language sales professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and experience in B2B sales and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken, as well as very good command of English. They should also be proficient in using MS Windows and MS Office applications, as well as internet tools.

About the Job:

This role involves communicating with Italian-speaking customers and partners, maintaining and increasing existing client portfolios, and striving towards customer retention and loyalty. The successful candidate will work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Italian-speaking customers & partners
  • Maintain and increase existing client portfolios
  • Strive toward customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customer to achieve a successful sales outcome
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management


Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge & communication skills in Italian
  • Very good command of English
  • Usage of MS Windows and MS Office, ability to use Internet applications
  • Sales on a B2B Level
  • Simple mathematical calculations to work out dimensions and recommend correct freight Solutions
  • Knowledge of logistics on an operational level, as well as overland, seafreight and airfreight Logistics will be an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills
