Technical Support Expert Job

We are seeking an experienced technical support expert to join our team in Greece. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Microsoft business customers via multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a solid computer science or IT engineering background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Hebrew. You will also need to have experience with Microsoft Office products and strong problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with key stakeholders to provide a great experience. You will also log cases on internal systems, get up-to-date with Microsoft products and services, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt their style according to customer personality, culture, and profile. They will also have the ability to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver value-added recommendations that solve customer problems.

Job Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hebrew
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Solid Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer science background
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt style according to customer personality, culture, and profile
  • Acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco will be considered as an advantage
