Start date: 24th of July 2025

Are you passionate about the latest technology and fluent in Swedish? We're currently hiring on behalf of one of the world's top tech companies for their growing customer support team based in Greece.

Our client is a major player in the global technology industry, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team that provides customer support for innovative mobile and desktop devices.

Your role:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Assist with account security and password-related queries
  • Guide customers through repair set-ups for hardware issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to second-level support when needed
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with iOS/macOS or similar technology
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
