What You'll Be Doing:
-Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support

What You Bring to the Role:
-Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
-Strong communication skills in English
-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
-Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly
