We're looking for Swedish-speaking customer support agents who want to take the leap and build a new life in Greece, while working from home.
Whether you picture yourself living in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete, Rhodes, or a quiet seaside town… you choose the view, and Greece provides the lifestyle.
And while you're enjoying the Mediterranean pace of life, you'll also be supporting one of the world's leading delivery platforms used by millions across 70+ countries. Food, groceries, last-minute essentials, you'll be the friendly problem-solver behind smooth, reliable deliveries.
It's a digital-first, international role with real impact, but without the corporate stiffness.
What you'll be doing- Help customers and restaurant partners via calls, chats and tickets
- Handle questions about orders, deliveries, refunds and platform usage
- Provide calm, friendly and solution-oriented support
- Use templates and guidelines to ensure quality
- Escalate sensitive cases when needed
- Jump in on occasional ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish
- Good English skills
- Confidence with computers + ability to multitask
- Strong written communication
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not required
- A positive attitude — and ideally, a desire to move somewhere sunny
