What You'll Do
- Support users and restaurant partners via calls, chats, and tickets
- Solve issues related to orders, refunds, deliveries, and platform use
- Offer clear, friendly, and professional service in every interaction
- Follow quality guidelines and use provided templates
- Escalate more complex cases when needed
Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
What You Bring
- Fluent Swedish (spoken & written)
- Good English skills
- Strong communication & typing abilities
- Confidence using digital tools and multitasking
Customer support experience is a plus but not required
