Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish speaking customer service representative. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for travel and customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their flight inquiries, bookings, and any support needed throughout their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, assisting with flight bookings, inquiries, and changes to reservations.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to travel plans promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary information is documented in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service efficiency.
  • Keep informed about airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers to enhance their experience and meet their travel needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that foster positive interactions with customers.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • A passion for travel and a genuine desire to assist customers in creating memorable experiences.
