Customer Service Expertise: We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking advisor to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. As the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document interactions and track client feedback within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve client issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide valuable feedback on client interactions to help improve service practices.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • A willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and engage with a diverse clientele.
