Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
- Provide customer support in Italian, handling inquiries about orders, products and account issues efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution that promotes customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and responses in CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions and policies to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective interactions with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment juggling multiple tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping of customer inquiries and interactions.
