Salary: The annual salary for this position is approximately 17,600 euros, consisting of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.

Job Description:

  • This dynamic role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the DACH region through B2B sales activities, including cold calling and upselling.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with clients to align their needs with our services.
  • Your goal will be to surpass key performance indicators by offering personalized product solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English proficiency (B2).
  • EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Greece.
  • A results-driven attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Relocation Package:

  • We offer up to 300 euros for flight ticket reimbursement (paid with the first paycheck), as well as three weeks' hotel accommodation near the office.
  • Our relocation package also includes legal assistance for employment paperwork and arrival support in Athens.

Work Schedule:

  • The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating shifts available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • The total weekly working hours are 40 hours, spread across eight hours per day.
