Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking customer support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking users, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with account setups, project listings, and job applications, ensuring seamless navigation of our platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of user interactions in our CRM system, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve platform functionality and user experience based on user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform features to provide informed assistance to users.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms or freelance services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, with the ability to work independently.
