Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality service to clients via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to Czech-speaking clients
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and ticketing inquiries
- Resolve issues and answer questions related to airline policies and services
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- A strong interest in travel and a dedication to customer service
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry, is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
