Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Online Marketplace Platform Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced online environment.
In this key role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries about our online marketplace platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
- Native fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong passion for customer service and online marketplaces.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with outstanding organizational skills.
