
Online Learning Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Learning & EdTech Department. This role will allow you to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming education through technology.
Job Description- Provide exceptional customer support in German, handling inquiries related to online courses, subscriptions, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and course management, to address and resolve customer issues promptly. You will also stay informed about new course offerings, educational tools, and platform updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the education or EdTech sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their educational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
