We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Online Learning & EdTech Department as a French Speaking Customer Service Representative.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries about online courses, learning platforms, and educational resources.
- Guide users through the registration, enrollment, and troubleshooting processes to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the education or technology sectors, is preferred.
