Portuguese Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portuguese Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve handling customer queries via phone, email, or chat, assisting with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting, and collaborating with team leaders and quality teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native Portuguese speaker and English at a B2+ level (used for training and internal communication)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of organization and time management skills
