We are seeking a skilled customer support representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with automotive insurance and claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims submission, and claim status updates.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a smooth claims process.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding claims issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate claims processing and improve service delivery.
- Educate customers about coverage options, policy details, and claims procedures.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives in service and processes.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance or automotive sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
