Czech Speaking Automotive Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to policy information, claim submissions, and the status of ongoing claims.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and claim processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of claims and customer inquiries.
- Provide customers with clear guidance on policy terms, coverage options, and required documentation for claims.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Essential Skills- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
