
Czech Speaking Automotive Insurance Claims Specialist

Join our team and take on a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients within the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies and claims processes. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients in the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies and claims processes.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about insurance regulations and product offerings.
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
