- Document interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries and claims status.
- Collaborate with the claims processing team to address customer concerns and expedite resolutions.
- Educate customers on the claims process, requirements, and timelines to set accurate expectations.
- Collect feedback and suggestions from clients to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting customers.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
