Job Summary:

We are searching for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across various communication platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, effective, and friendly support via multiple channels.

  • Assist with account creation, login troubleshooting, payment issues, and general technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Act as a reliable resource for sports-related customer inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.

  • Handle customer feedback with empathy, patience, and professionalism, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.

  • Communicate clearly to build trust and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Follow established processes and maintain high service quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Contribute suggestions to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)

  • Fluent in English (B2 level)

  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow
