We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing timely and high-quality support across all communication channels, assisting users with setting up accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and resolving payment or technical queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist users with account access, payment issues, and technical challenges
- Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact for clients with sports-related questions
- Respond to customer feedback with understanding and professionalism
- Strengthen customer relationships through clear, supportive communication
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
