Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Cashier will be responsible for managing customer transactions, processing payments, and providing exceptional service to our members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering seamless guest experiences and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all member charges are correctly posted to accounts and reconcile payments with precision.
  • Monitor and prevent discrepancies in transactions, reporting any inconsistencies to management.
  • Prepare daily reports and reconcile cash and credit card transactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a cashier in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing POS systems and handling financial transactions.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail.
