The Role:

  • As a Reservations Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, handling inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels with finesse and professionalism.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing event requests, and ensuring seamless communication between our guests and operational teams.
  • In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing our revenue by carefully handling inquiries and guiding guests to the best available options.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation-related inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage reservation schedules and optimize table assignments to maximize seating capacity and revenue.
  • Process event requests efficiently and direct them to the appropriate operational team.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and accuracy, ensuring data entry for reservations and event inquiries is precise.
  • Provide personalized experiences to guests, responding to special requests or specific dining needs.
  • Represent our establishment with poise and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to reservations and event coordination as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within fine dining establishments or luxury hospitality settings.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and proficiency in handling telephone and email communications professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience handling event inquiries and coordinating with operational teams.
