Restaurant Reservations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for handling all reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of reservation systems and proficiency in handling telephone and email communications professionally. They will also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Handle all reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage reservation schedules and optimize table assignments to maximize seating capacity and revenue.
  • Process event requests efficiently and direct them to the appropriate operational team, ensuring no potential revenue is lost.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry for reservations and event inquiries.
  • Provide a personalized experience to guests, responding to special requests or specific dining needs.
  • Be a positive and professional representative of our brand at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to reservations and event coordination as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fine dining establishments or luxury hospitality settings.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (i-host, 7 rooms) and proficiency in handling telephone and email communications professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience handling event inquiries and coordinating with operational teams.
