Restaurant Reservations Agent Opportunity

- Handle all reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with efficiency and professionalism.">
- Manage reservation schedules and optimize table assignments to maximize seating capacity and revenue.">
- Process event requests efficiently and direct them to the appropriate operational team, ensuring no potential revenue is lost.">
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry for reservations and event inquiries.">
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to special requests or specific dining needs.">
Requirements
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fine dining establishments or luxury hospitality settings.">
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and proficiency in handling telephone and email communications professionally.">
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.">
- Experience handling event inquiries and coordinating with operational teams.">
