In this pivotal position, you'll oversee night operations, providing exceptional service to guests while maintaining their satisfaction levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the FO Team to ensure seamless night shifts.">
  • Taking care of guests by handling check-ins, check-outs, billing, collecting accurate guest data, and addressing any issues that arise.">
  • Providing expert knowledge of the neighborhood, offering recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities.">
  • Managing room reservations, both new and existing, online and offline.">
  • Resolving guest queries and problems promptly and enthusiastically.">
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.">
  • Ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through proactive measures.">
  • Monitoring public areas, prioritizing health and safety, and adhering to established standards and procedures.">

Candidate Profile:

  • A customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.">
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment, supporting colleagues and enjoying the camaraderie.">
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage time effectively.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.">
  • Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5-star hotel.">
  • Exceptional English language proficiency.">
  • Knowledge of Protel PMS is an asset.">
