Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide comprehensive information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
  • Document guest interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality improvement purposes.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices in the hospitality sector.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken is required.
  • A strong background or interest in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction are necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations are expected.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a culturally rich environment is desired.
