Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional consulting and support services to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our software.
  • Record and analyze customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and security protocols through regular training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in customer consultancy or technical support is highly valued.
  • A passion for cybersecurity and online technologies is necessary for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are critical for delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical skills are required for identifying and resolving complex customer issues.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • A willingness to relocate and embrace new experiences is also required.
