Senior Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced security solutions for Operational Technology (OT) systems.

Job Description:
  • Implement cybersecurity projects related to OT systems.
  • Monitor and improve clients' OT cyber security programs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Consult clients on SCADA operations and cyber security management processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of secure OT systems.
  • Assist in developing system architectures and integration plans.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between IT, OT, and facilities personnel.
  • Contribute to risk assessments for OT systems to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Help evaluate potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar scientific/technical field.
  • Strong understanding of OT network communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC, etc.) and industrial networking topologies (e.g., ring, star, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, etc.) and Purdue model.
  • At least 3 years of experience working specifically on securing OT/ICS systems.
  • Operational Technology (Thorough Knowledge/Fully Proficient).
  • Proficient in Network Engineering/Architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing cybersecurity solutions and architecture (firewalls, IAM, SIEM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with multiple ICS/SCADA equipment manufacturers, system platform architectures, and OT network communications protocols.
  • Professional qualifications such as Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) is advantageous.
