We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Representative to join our Virtual Job and Freelance Platforms Department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and have a passion for supporting freelancers and job seekers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist users with inquiries related to job searches, platform functionalities, and freelance opportunities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting users with inquiries related to job searches, platform functionalities, and freelance opportunities.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting their career journeys.
  • Previous experience in customer support or the freelance/job platform industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
