Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to users of dating and social networking apps via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, app functionalities, and safety guidelines.
- Handle user concerns and complaints with a focus on resolution and maintaining user satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience and address common challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online dating and social networking.
- Gather user feedback to help inform future product improvements and support processes.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within online platforms or social apps.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to empathize with users.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and user assistance.
