Czech Speaking Customer Service Expert in E-commerce

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce team in sunny Athens.
This is a fantastic opportunity to relocate to a vibrant city while doing what you love. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice and support that our Czech customers rely on.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their orders, products, and any issues they may encounter.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help our team improve services.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to maintain top-notch service standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech is a must; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
