Customer Service Representative for E-commerce Department
Job Description:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the dynamic e-commerce environment, where you will be delivering outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries related to product availability, order status, returns and exchanges.
You will provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions. Your role will also involve resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction. Collaboration with various internal teams will be necessary to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Documenting all customer interactions accurately will support continuous improvement efforts. Staying updated on the latest trends and promotions within the e-commerce sector will enable you to assist customers effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce and online shopping trends.
