E-commerce Customer Service Representative

Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to their inquiries and issues, ensuring that their online shopping experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns, providing clear solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Manage multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat, to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve performance objectives, share knowledge, and enhance your product knowledge through ongoing training programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
- A strong passion for customer service and a desire to assist others.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle inquiries and solve problems effectively, with a proactive approach to learning and growth within a team.
