Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, and product information.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about products and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and a strong passion for customer service. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain calm in challenging situations. Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
