We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the E-commerce Department.
This role involves providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to address customer concerns effectively and ensure seamless delivery experiences.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
