Customer Support Representative for E-commerce Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic E-commerce Department in Athens. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Polish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding orders, product details, and navigating our website. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations will ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer support or the e-commerce sector is a bonus

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems effectively
